Terri customizes captivating and interactive leadership programs that help leaders at every level gain skill in relationship building, communication and team performance. She has more than two decades of experience in training and coaching thousands of employees in all industries.
Terri has an undergraduate degree in education from the University of Buffalo and an MBA from Rutgers University. She is a Certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner. She also utilizes DiSC assessments in many of her leadership workshops. Together with a group of renown leaders, she co-authored the book, “Energize Your Leadership”. Terri also has a leadership blog that she shares throughout her social media platforms as well as on her website. Her popular blog is read by followers all over the world.
Terri lives in New Jersey with her husband and has two accomplished adult daughters. She is a passionate volunteer and has held a number of leadership positions.
