As many of you know me through my leadership skills facilitation and Executive Coaching, I help leaders build their leadership toolboxes. I have now decided to open my calendar to individuals who may be feeling stuck or not feeling they are in roles that align with their dreams and talents. Some of my clients are in-between jobs or waiting to be promoted. Some are dealing with changes with new bosses or teams. Some are eager to begin an Act 2 in their professional or personal life. After partnering with one of my clients who was uncertain how to move forward in their career, we went on a creative excavation to unleash their most important values. Those values are driving their trajectory into new and exciting places.
